Bartlett Roofing is a family-owned company built on hard work, accountability, and taking care of people. We're seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant / Household Manager to support a busy business owner with personal, household, and administrative responsibilities.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating order, staying ahead of deadlines, and making sure the little details don't get overlooked. When personal responsibilities are under control, this position will also assist with various projects and administrative tasks within the office.

What You'll Do
- Manage household organization, projects, and day-to-day personal affairs
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, registrations, insurance, and equipment upkeep
- Schedule and oversee vendors, contractors, and home improvement projects
- Arrange travel, reservations, itineraries, and personal logistics
- Run errands, coordinate purchases, returns, and deliveries
- Manage online sales through Facebook Marketplace and eBay
- Track important deadlines, subscriptions, and recurring tasks
- Create and maintain organized systems for home and personal operations
- Assist with administrative and special projects for Bartlett Roofing as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in personal assistance, executive support, office administration, or project coordination preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient with technology, scheduling tools, and online platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs
