About the role
Pre-Litigation Attorney — Personal Injury
DM Injury Law · Wichita, KS · Full-time
[Kansas Bar required] [No billable hours] [$115K–$170K total comp] [Uncapped origination bonus]
$115,000 – $170,000 Total Compensation
Base salary plus quarterly performance bonus. High performers consistently earn above the range. Total comp grows with you — there is no cap.
ORIGINATION BONUS — UNCAPPED, PAID ON EVERY CASE YOU BRING IN
Refer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firm's fee at resolution — on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney from day one.
DM Injury Law is one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the Midwest — 70+ attorneys, 200 support staff, and offices across 10 markets, including Kansas City, St. Louis, Denver, Omaha, and Oklahoma City. We've secured multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for clients across every market we serve.
This role sits inside our Wichita office. You'll carry a personal injury pre-litigation caseload — building client relationships, negotiating with insurers, and moving cases toward resolution. Dedicated paralegals, case managers, and intake staff handle the administrative load so your time stays on the law.
