<p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><strong>JOB OVERVIEW: </strong>The Personal Lines Account Manager (Premier Elite Client Advocate) is responsible for providing exceptional service to a group of Premier Elite Client middle-market personal lines customers by providing professional advice and demonstrating advocacy for the client at all times. The Account Manager works independently and must be an excellent problem solver.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span data-url="ca://s?q=Expand_insurance_foundation_requirement">Proven insurance foundation</span></strong> — Minimum of <strong>3 years</strong> of experience in personal, commercial, or mixed‑lines insurance, with the ability to independently manage a book of business.</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Attention to detail</strong> — Accurate, thorough work with strong quality control.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Ownership mindset</strong> — Takes full responsibility for issues and follows them through to resolution.</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Microsoft Office skills</strong> — Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.</span></li>

<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Work as a team with other Premier Elite Client Advocates, producers and department managers.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Develop cooperative and professional relationships with our carriers.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage all renewal activity from start to close.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Deliver complete and accurate renewal reviews according to agency guidelines.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Look for sales opportunities by account rounding and selling additional coverage.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Assume ownership of customer concerns and feedback until completion.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Remarket accounts according to agency guidelines or at the request of the producer or insured</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Take on additional responsibilities. Manage projects as directed by supervisors and managers.</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Comply with all internal procedures and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet performance and quality standards.</span></li>

<p style="line-height: 1;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt;">The national average salary for this role is $85,000-$95,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.</span></p>
