This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families.</p> <p><strong>What Makes You A Great Fit</strong></p> <ul> <li>Veterinary/Operations Experience: Veterinary, animal care, or clinic operations experience preferred, including hands-on work in a veterinary or animal care setting and front-desk/reception responsibilities</li> <li>Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences</li> <li>Schedule &amp; Availability: Flexible weekly availability, including weekends, for 10-and 12-hour shifts in an onsite role at a dedicated home clinic, with occasional coverage across multiple clinic locations</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Client Support &amp; Coordination: Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out</li> <li>Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency</li> <li>Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care</li> <li>Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment</li> <li>Clear Communication &amp; Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Perks of the Pack</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>$20–$22/hour, plus 1.5x pay on Sploot-recognized holidays, with opportunities for growth based on performance</li> <li>Employee Pet Benefits — free, at-cost, or deep discounts for up to 5 of your own pets</li> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision with a generous employer contribution; HSA available</li> <li>401(k) with company match</li> <li>Generous PTO, and up to 12 weeks paid parental leave</li> <li>Free Sploot-branded FIGS scrubs, snacks, and regular team events</li> </ul> <p>At Sploot, we’re building the future of vet med one clinic, one case, and one team member at a time.
