You’ll support day-to-day operations, coach performance, and make sure best practices are consistently delivered for patients and partners.</p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialty Liaisons in specialty clinics</li> <li>Drive a high-quality patient experience while meeting service, growth, and performance goals</li> <li>Support onboarding, training, performance feedback, and professional development</li> <li>Partner closely with clinics, pharmacies, and internal Shields teams to keep operations running smoothly</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and patient outcomes</li> <li>Build strong relationships with clinic and health system leaders</li> <li>Ensure coverage, accountability, and consistent use of best practices</li> <li>Share updates and insights with leadership and collaborate on growth initiatives</li> <li>Proven people management experience, ideally in pharmacy or healthcare</li> </ul> <p>If you’re passionate about team leadership and improving specialty patient care, we’d love to meet you.</p> </div> <p><strong><u>Education &amp; Experience</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required with a minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience preferred</li> <li>5 years working in a healthcare or pharmacy environment with direct patient and clinician contact required</li> <li>National Certification as a CPhT (or equivalent) and prior experience as a licensed pharmacy technician would be optimal in this role</li> <li>Experience working within a retail, hospital or provider type setting communicating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals (preferably in an outpatient or medical clinic setting) is a plus.</li> </ul> <p class="pf0"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span class="cf0">Job Salary:&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p> <p class="pf0"><span class="cf1">An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $70,000 and $95,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
