You will:</p> <ul data-path-to-node="8"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,0,0">Identify &amp; Map:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Research and build a targeted list of high-potential compounding pharmacies (specifically 503A and 503B facilities).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,1,0">Execute Outreach:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Conduct high-volume, professional outreach via phone and email to pharmacy owners and pharmacists-in-charge.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,2,0">Qualify Rigorously:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Vet potential partners based on strict criteria: licensing status, GLP-1 fulfillment capacity, state reciprocity, and turnaround times.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,3,0">Pipeline Management:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring every lead is tracked from initial contact to handoff.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,4,0">Facilitate Handoffs:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Schedule qualified meetings for our internal partnerships team to close the deal.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="9"><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="10"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,0,0">A Healthcare Communicator:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>You are comfortable navigating gatekeepers and speaking with medical professionals. You understand the difference between a retail pharmacy and a compounding facility.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,1,0">Resilient &amp; Driven:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>You are self-motivated and don't take "no" for an answer. You thrive on hitting daily outreach metrics.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,2,0">Detail-Obsessed:<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>You understand that in healthcare, details matter. You take accurate notes and ask the right qualifying questions.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="11"><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul data-path-to-node="12"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,0,0">4+ years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR work, healthcare recruiting, or medical sales.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,1,0">Strong familiarity with US business culture and communication styles.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,2,0">Tech-savvy (Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, and VoIP tools).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,3,0"><em data-path-to-node="12,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Big Plus:</em><span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span>Prior experience with GLP-1s, compounding pharmacies, or pharmaceutical supply chains.</p> </li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-start="726" data-end="742"><strong data-start="726" data-end="742">How to Apply</strong></p> <p data-start="744" data-end="911">If this role sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you.
