The entire staff at PAH strive to enhance the health of all furry family members through client education, compassionate and honest care, state-of-the-art medicine and diagnostic capabilities, and truly understanding the human-animal bond.</p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-start="691" data-end="721"><strong data-start="695" data-end="719">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="722" data-end="1761"> <li data-start="722" data-end="818"> <p data-start="724" data-end="818">Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients and their pets upon arrival.</p> </li> <li data-start="819" data-end="935"> <p data-start="821" data-end="935">Answer multi-line phone system promptly and professionally, routing calls or taking detailed messages as needed.</p> </li> <li data-start="936" data-end="1033"> <p data-start="938" data-end="1033">Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits in accordance with hospital protocols.</p> </li> <li data-start="1034" data-end="1148"> <p data-start="1036" data-end="1148">Process client check-ins and check-outs, including invoicing, payment collection, and accurate record-keeping.</p> </li> <li data-start="1149" data-end="1268"> <p data-start="1151" data-end="1268">Maintain client and patient records in the hospital’s practice management system with accuracy and confidentiality.</p> </li> <li data-start="1269" data-end="1371"> <p data-start="1271" data-end="1371">Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and other team members to support patient care.</p> </li> <li data-start="1372" data-end="1456"> <p data-start="1374" data-end="1456">Educate clients on hospital policies, preventative care, and available services.</p> </li> <li data-start="1457" data-end="1564"> <p data-start="1459" data-end="1564">Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, email communication, and mailing reminders.</p> </li> <li data-start="1565" data-end="1654"> <p data-start="1567" data-end="1654">Monitor lobby/reception area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and client comfort.</p> </li> <li data-start="1655" data-end="1761"> <p data-start="1657" data-end="1761">Handle difficult or emotional situations with compassion, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li data-start="1793" data-end="1842"> <p data-start="1795" data-end="1842">High school diploma or equivalent (required).</p> </li> <li data-start="1843" data-end="1925"> <p data-start="1845" data-end="1925">Previous experience in customer service or veterinary/medical field preferred.</p> </li> <li data-start="1926" data-end="1995"> <p data-start="1928" data-end="1995">Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.</p> </li> <li data-start="1996" data-end="2075"> <p data-start="1998" data-end="2075">Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and basic office equipment.</p> </li> <li data-start="2076" data-end="2169"> <p data-start="2078" data-end="2169">Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
