We're looking for a hands-on and resourceful Physical Security and Safety Specialist to be the go-to security person for Germany and surrounding markets — someone ready to build, own, and grow the function alongside us.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day physical security operations for Germany and surrounding Central European markets, acting as the primary security point of contact for the region.</li> <li>Handle a broad range of security incidents — coordinating with HR, Legal, and local stakeholders as needed.</li> <li>Plan and oversee physical security projects, including hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance of access control systems across office and market locations.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with security suppliers and installation contractors, ensuring quality delivery and service continuity.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with internal teams — Real Estate, HR, Legal, and local General Managers — to proactively identify and address security needs.</li> <li>Contribute to global security initiatives and help shape scalable security processes for a fast-growing organization.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Our humble expectations</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, as it's our primary working language.
