The position requires a self-motivated candidate that can work in an independent or team environment. The candidate will be required to assist the Facilities Security Officer with enforcement of security policies and regulations pertaining to both classified and unclassified compliance obligations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">WHAT YOU'LL DO</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide dedicated program security support. Security support will include personnel and physical security for program personnel, spaces, and activities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Respond to alarms and after hours facility issues.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as Insider Threat Prevention Officer and maintain the insider threat program.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, and applicable customer-specific security requirements</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Engage and advise the Facilities Security Officer on security related initiatives by identifying issues that potentially impact business operations</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assists Facilities Security Officer with creating and executing a robust and comprehensive security education program by ensuring program personnel</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Report and investigate security incidents specific to their assigned program and recommend mitigations to the Facilities Security Officer.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develops, implements and administers an Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist the Facilities Security Officer in managing semi-annual alarm/guard response testing, physical security checks and onsite tasks as needed. Maintain cleared/uncleared visitor logs and perform entry and exit inspections</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide employees with personnel security guidance as mandated by SEAD 3 reporting requirements and assist with managing new employee clearance requests and updates</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">High school diploma and five years + of industrial security-related experience in a cleared facility</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to achieve goals and targets while handling multiple tasks</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with conducting security briefings, debriefings and have the ability to clearly explain security processes and procedures</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience implementing multiple security disciplines to include Personnel, Physical, Communications and Operations Security programs and requirements</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to communicate and interact professionally and courteously both orally and in writing with all levels of employees, management and customers</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Reliable attendance and punctuality. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Need to possess a US Secret clearance or be able to obtain one within 6 months of employment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
