Our team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, with the goal to maximize quality of life for our patients, caregivers and families.</p></div><p><strong>This part-time position offers competitive pay, generous benefits and a supportive work environment.</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Physical Therapy Assistant </strong>assists in the implementation of the rehabilitative plan of care under the direction and supervision of a qualified physical therapist in accordance with the Plan of Care.</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>3 days per week; 8:30am - 5:00pm</p> <p>Location:&nbsp;</p> <p>San Francisco &amp; Marin Counties</p> <p><em><strong>By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.</strong></em><br><br><strong><u>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities include&nbsp;</u></strong>(but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Under the supervision of the physical therapist, assists in evaluation and development of the rehabilitative plan of care and in periodic re-evaluation as indicated.</li> <li>Completes visits in a timely manner and in accordance with agency policies.</li> <li>Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.</li> <li>Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.</li> <li>Documents care of patient on appropriate forms.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Education/Experience</u>:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate degree from an accredited PTA program</li> <li>Completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) for PTAs and the California Law Examination (CLE)</li> <li>One year experience in a health care setting preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:</u></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u><strong>Pay Range:</strong></u><br>$45.00 - $56.00 hourly&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>By the Bay Health is proud to serve our community as an equal employment opportunity employer.&nbsp; Everyone is valued and welcome at BTBH.
