### Core Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions directly in their homes, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility.
  • Treatment & Education: Deliver customized therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Educate patients and their families on safe body mechanics, home exercise routines, and lifestyle adjustments.

### Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid Kansas state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or license-eligible).
  • Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing effective, home-based treatment plans. Excellent communication and a patient-centered approach.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed; ability to perform physical tasks related to mobility therapy.
