Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
Daily Patient Volume: 7–15 patients
Weekly Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 visits

Salary

• $65,000–$70,000 per year for new graduates
• $80,000–$90,000 per year for experienced Physical Therapists, based on years of experience

Preferred Work Schedule Options

Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify therapy needs related to orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessment
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, mobility training, and functional activities
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and safe activity changes
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Complete accurate documentation using WebPT
• Coordinate care with PTAs and fellow clinical team members
• Support patients in improving independence, function, and return to daily routines

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
• Ability to work professionally with patients across a wide age range
