Pay Range: $90,000–$100,000 per year

Position Summary

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in Grandview. This role focuses on helping patients regain movement, reduce physical limitations, and improve their ability to handle everyday activities with greater ease.

The Physical Therapist will work with patients from evaluation through treatment and discharge planning. You will use clinical judgment, patient education, exercise-based care, and hands-on techniques to help each person progress toward realistic goals.

Primary Duties

• Complete patient evaluations and identify therapy needs
• Create clear and effective treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy for movement, strength, pain, balance, and mobility concerns
• Help patients safely progress through exercises and functional tasks
• Explain treatment goals and home programs in simple, understandable terms

Preferred Work Schedule Options

We offer flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules:

Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days (Preferred)

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday – Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Clinic Information

• Patient Volume: 7-15 patients per day
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 160-190 patient visits per week
• Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• EMR System: WebPT
• Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
• Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and healthcare team members
• Outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred
