Job Summary

A growing PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in Pompano Beach, Florida is looking for a Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This role gives you the opportunity to work closely with patients who need help recovering from injury, surgery, pain, and movement limitations.

With a patient volume of 2 patients per hour, you will have the time to deliver thoughtful evaluations, focused treatments, and practical education that helps patients make steady progress.

Role Highlights

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
Clinic Type: PT-owned
Patient Load: 2 patients per hour

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and develop plans of care
• Treat orthopedic, sports-related, and post-operative conditions
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional strengthening
• Review patient goals and measure progress throughout treatment
• Modify treatment plans based on outcomes and patient response
• Educate patients on safe movement, home programs, and long-term wellness
• Maintain documentation that meets clinic and compliance standards
• Work with PTAs and team members to keep care consistent

Requirements

• Active Florida PT License required
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates welcome
• Interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Clear communication and strong clinical judgment
