Job Summary

A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Briny Breezes, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time role with schedule flexibility and a manageable treatment pace. This position focuses on helping patients recover movement, reduce pain, rebuild strength, and return to daily life with better function.

You will work in a setting where care is practical, hands-on, and centered on measurable progress.

Job Details

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience
Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
Clinic: PT-owned

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify treatment goals
• Design care plans for orthopedic and outpatient rehab needs
• Provide treatment that may include manual therapy, exercise, gait training, mobility work, and functional activities
• Help patients improve strength, motion, balance, and daily function
• Update plans of care based on progress and response
• Provide clear home exercise instruction
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Work with PTAs and staff to support consistent care

Requirements

• Florida PT License required
• DPT or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates welcome
• Interest in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation
• Strong communication and follow-through
