Position Summary

A Warrenton outpatient physical therapy office is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Director. This role offers $90,000-$120,000 per year with a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

This is a strong opportunity for a Physical Therapist who understands the daily pace of outpatient care and wants to take a bigger role in how care is delivered. The Physical Therapist Director will provide treatment, guide staff, review care plans, and help maintain an organized clinic environment.

What Your Day May Include

• Evaluating new patients and setting realistic therapy goals
• Providing outpatient treatment for orthopedic and mobility-related conditions
• Checking in with staff about patient progress and clinical questions
• Reviewing notes, care plans, and discharge summaries
• Helping keep schedules, patient flow, and communication on track
• Coordinating with physicians and referral partners
• Supporting a positive clinic experience for patients and staff
• Making practical decisions that support care quality and clinic efficiency

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
