<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and limitations.<br>Design and implement individualized treatment plans to restore movement and reduce pain.<br>Apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation equipment.<br>Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention.<br>Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed.<br>Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.<br>Maintain accurate documentation in line with Indiana State regulations.<br>Stay current with continuing education and physical therapy best practices.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong><br>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.<br>Active or eligible for Indiana State PT licensure.<br>Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.<br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>Physical stamina and dexterity for hands-on therapy.<br>A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong><br>Valid PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Indiana.<br>Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.<br>Proficiency in English (IELTS/OET/PTE/TOEFL may be required for international applicants).<br>Willingness to relocate and adapt to the U.S. healthcare environment.</p>
