Through our value-driven, consumer-centric approach, we are committed to transforming healthcare and creating a better care experience for all.&nbsp;</p></div><p>Our interventional pain management program is designed to restore function, relieve suffering, and help patients regain their quality of life through advanced, evidence-based treatments.&nbsp; This position may rotate to regional clinics as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Value-Based Care Model</li> <li>Over 20 clinic locations in Florida</li> <li>100% outpatient primary care clinic setting seeing patients 18+</li> <li>Dedicated Medical Assistant and additional clinic support team</li> <li>Monday – Friday schedule (some clinics have extended hours)</li> <li>Telehealth available for patients</li> <li>Guaranteed base salary with annual bonus program</li> <li>401K with company matching</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> </ul> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Comprehensive Assessment:</strong> Perform detailed physical exams and specialized pain assessments to identify root causes of discomfort.</li> <li><strong>Treatment Planning:</strong> Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in close collaboration with the supervising physician.</li> <li><strong>Diagnostics:</strong> Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including MRI, CT scans, X-rays, and laboratory work.</li> <li><strong>Clinical Procedures:</strong> Perform or assist with interventional procedures such as <strong>joint injections (including knee, shoulder, and hip)</strong>, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks.</li> <li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:</strong> Monitor medication usage, including controlled substances, ensuring strict adherence to Florida state regulations and DEA guidelines.</li> <li><strong>Patient Advocacy:</strong> Provide thorough education on treatment options, risk mitigation for medication management, and lifestyle modifications.</li> <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records within the EMR system to ensure continuity of care.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Active Florida PA or APRN license (Required).</li> <li><strong>Certification:</strong> National board certification (PA-C, FNP, AGNP, or similar).</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> <strong>Minimum of 1 year of experience</strong> in Interventional Pain Management, Orthopedics, Neurology, or Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation (PM&amp;R).</li> <li><strong>Procedural Proficiency:</strong> Demonstrated experience performing <strong>joint injections</strong> is highly preferred.</li> <li><strong>Credentials:</strong> Valid DEA registration with authority to prescribe controlled substances.</li> <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Exceptional interpersonal communication, clinical judgment, and a high level of detail-orientation regarding medical documentation.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div style="text-align: left;">As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome and employ a diverse employee group committed to meeting the needs of NeueHealth, our consumers, and the communities we serve.
