<p><strong>As an experienced or new physician to wound care you’ll manage your patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction.</strong></p> <p>At Skilled Wound Care, you are a valued member of a close-knit team, making a real difference in the lives of patients with chronic wounds.&nbsp; We're a leading national wound care physician group in Newark, NJ seeking motivated and driven Surgeons of all backgrounds, Family Medicine physicians, and Internal Medicine physicians to join our team.</p> <p><strong>Meaningful work:</strong> Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing, including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue.</p> <p><strong>Comprehensive Physician Wound Care Training provided by Skilled Wound Care:</strong></p> <ul> <li>36 hours of company-provided CME</li> <li>Conferences</li> <li>Workshops</li> <li><strong> </strong>Online courses</li> </ul> <p><strong>Excellent compensation: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $220,000 -$250,000 annually. Earn up to $300,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap. <ul> <li>Per-patient visit pay</li> <li>Per-procedure pay</li> <li>Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income</li> <li>Reimbursement for the application of biological skin substitutes</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Time commitment: </strong></p> <ul> <li>No call</li> <li>Work together with your team to build a schedule that works for you.</li> <li>Custom software system that is designed to reduce our physician’s admin and documentation time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.</li> <li>An active/unrestricted NJ medical license is required.
