Determine and order appropriate screening and diagnostic tests and studies.6. Obtain informed consent for treatment diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and studies.7. Interpret and evaluate test and study results.8. Prescribe medications, treatments, and medical devices in accordance within specialty scope of practice and applicable rules and regulations.9. Initiate referrals to other providers as necessary.10. Initiate admission/discharge of patients, if applicable.11. Provide consultation, education, and counseling regarding the management of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. Encourage behavioral change and assist with self-management skills to improve overall health, within specialty scope of practice.12. Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner.13. Provide patient and family-centered care.14. Insure the patient’s right to privacy, confidentiality and informed consent.15. Supervise APP’s as directed.16. Participate in continuing medical education (CME).17. Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives18. Perform other duties as assigned.

- On-Site CLIA Certified Lab and Oncology Pharmacy
- Four Day Schedule, Primarily Outpatient Practice with 1:5 Call Structure
- Salary Range $462,000 - $510,000)
- Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support). A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.
