Planning and Scheduling Manager

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a highly skilled Planning and Scheduling Manager to oversee the planning and scheduling functions across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective project schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives and contractual obligations. You will lead a team of planning engineers and collaborate with project management to optimize project delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall project planning and scheduling framework for all projects.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the planning and scheduling team to ensure accurate and timely schedule updates.
• Prepare and review baseline and updated project schedules, including resource allocation and critical path analysis.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential delays and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather necessary data and ensure schedule compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments related to project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding project scheduling status.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and contractual commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project controls, scheduling techniques, and risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within strict deadlines.
