About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex Section 106 agreements.
- Support planning committees and advise on queries.
- Progress compulsory purchase orders and regeneration work.
- Collaborate across teams on major projects.
- Deliver client training and support business development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3+ years’ PQE in planning law.
- Strong experience with Section 106 and CPOs.
- Confident advising committees and managing appeals.
- Ability to support and guide junior colleagues.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
