You’ll also lead a team of support engineers to ensure system uptime, resolve technical issues, and drive manufacturing digitization initiatives.</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h3>You Will:</h3> <ul> <li>Ensure MES system uptime across all shifts and coordinate support coverage.</li> <li>Lead support engineers, assign tasks, and drive issue resolution.</li> <li>Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams for system feedback.</li> <li>Manage spare parts inventory, backups, and 6S compliance.</li> <li>Evaluate change requests and conduct user acceptance testing.</li> <li>Support MES installation, validation, and remote support automation.</li> <li>Execute MES-related pråojects and coordinate hardware setup and testing.</li> <li>Analyze machine/process data and develop optimized digital solutions.</li> <li>Maintain project tracking and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>You Bring:</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelors in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer &amp; Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in MES systems and manufacturing support.</li> <li>3+ years in plant operations and IT applications; 2+ years in a leadership role.</li> <li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> <li>Experience with MES, ICS, IIoT, PLCs, SCADA, and OT protocols.</li> <li>Programming skills in SQL, Python, Java, C#, and Visual Basic.</li> <li>Familiarity with sensors, actuators, robots, AGVs, and manufacturing hardware.</li> <li>Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, uptime, throughput, etc.).</li> <li>Proficiency in documentation tools like Smartsheet, Visio, and MS Project.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div> <p data-ccp-border-top="0px none " data-ccp-padding-top="0px" data-ccp-border-bottom="1px solid #000000" data-ccp-padding-bottom="1.3333333333333333px"><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="TextRun Underlined MacChromeBold SCXW258898025 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><strong><span class="NormalTextRun CommentStart SCXW258898025 BCX0">Compensation</span></strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW258898025 BCX0"><strong> &amp; Benefits:</strong> </span></span>Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive&nbsp;</span><a href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/"><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Hyperlink">benefits package</span></span></a><span data-contrast="auto">&nbsp;including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; and a&nbsp;401(k) retirement&nbsp;plan.
