We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><p style="line-height: 1.4;">We are looking for a skilled&nbsp;<strong>Platform Engineer </strong>who will join our team <strong>in Belgrade, Serbia.</strong></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><strong>This is a 100% office-based role.</strong></p> <p><strong>🎯 Mission:&nbsp;<br></strong>Help run and improve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and related tooling so product teams can develop and deliver code fast, safely, and on their own.&nbsp;</p> <p>✅&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities: <br></strong>✔&nbsp; Work closely with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, Legal, and Security teams.&nbsp;<br>✔ ️ Build new and improve existing release processes (Jira, Gitlab), integrating business requirements and developer convenience.&nbsp;<br>✔&nbsp; Implement, propagate, and continuously improve release processes across dozens of development teams.&nbsp;<br>✔&nbsp; Be in charge of environment provisioning and consistency from development to production (feature stands, dev, pre-production, production).&nbsp;<br>✔&nbsp; Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality release delivery.&nbsp;<br>✔&nbsp; Assist teams with branching strategies and DevOps principles, enabling them to deliver quickly and safely.&nbsp;</p> <p>✅ <strong>Our technology stack: <br></strong>✔ We are working on in-house platform development with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.&nbsp;<br>✔ Our infrastructure is on bare metal and on AWS (EC2, EKS).&nbsp;<br>✔ We use Docker for containerization and Kubernetes and ArgoCD for orchestration and rollout our services.&nbsp;<br>✔ Gitlab, Gitlab CI, and Helm templates for continuous integration.&nbsp;<br><br>✅ <strong>Requirements:&nbsp;<br></strong>✔ Leadership and communication skills, ability to lead changes in fast-growing environment.&nbsp;<br>✔ Experience with Kubernetes, a strong understanding of how it works internally.&nbsp;<br>✔ Hands-on experience with Argo ecosystem: ArgoCD, Argo Rollout. <br>✔ Understanding of microservice architecture principles. <br>✔ Hands-on experience with GitLab CI.&nbsp;<br>✔ Knowledge of Quality Control and test automation in agile-based continuous integration environments.&nbsp;<br>✔ Have experience with Python and Shell scripting, ready to use it daily to automate your routine.&nbsp;<br>✔ Experience with databases MySQL.&nbsp;<br>✔ Experience with Redis.</p> <p>✅ <strong>Nice to have: <br></strong>✔ Practical experience with AWS or GCP, Calico and Istio.&nbsp;<br>✔ Experience with Nats and RabbitMQ. <br>✔ Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript. <br>✔ Experience with Unleash and its webhooks and integration.</p> <div>✅<strong> We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:&nbsp;</strong><br>🏢 Modern office in New Belgrade.&nbsp;<br>🏝 24 vacation days annually.&nbsp;<br>🤒 6 sick days without medical certificate.&nbsp;<br>🏥 Premium Health Insurance (coverage up to 5,000 EUR annually). <br>🎉 Special occasion gifts: birthday, wedding, newborn. <br>📚 Learning &amp; Development budget (for conferences, courses and certifications). <br>🌍 Corporate events: international parties, team buildings, activities.&nbsp;<br>📈 Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.&nbsp;<br>✈️ Relocation package for international candidates.&nbsp;<br>🏋️ Sports package (FitPass membership).<br>🗣️ Language classes: Serbian &amp; English (company-covered)</div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Bold moves start here.
