<h3>What You’ll Do </h3>
<ul>
<li>Operate and maintain shared platform infrastructure and services on AWS</li>
<li>Perform regular upgrades of platform components, dependencies, and managed services</li>
<li>Apply security patches and configuration improvements across environments</li>
<li>Monitor platform health, performance, and reliability</li>
<li>Support AWS environments across multiple accounts under established governance</li>
<li>Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and runtime issues for ECS/EKS workloads</li>
<li>Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions</li>
<li>Maintain and improve operational runbooks and support documentation</li>
<li>Maintain and extend Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CDK, following established patterns</li>
<li>Execute infrastructure changes in line with defined standards and guardrails</li>
<li>Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows</li>
<li>Automate recurring operational and maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Identify and address technical debt in platform components</li>
<li>Improve stability, performance, and operability of the platform over time</li>
<li>Contribute to improvements in logging, monitoring, and alerting</li>
<li>Propose pragmatic enhancements based on operational experience</li>
<li>Work closely with senior platform engineers on platform improvements</li>
<li>Support application teams consuming shared platform services</li>
<li>Contribute to internal documentation and operational guidelines</li>
<li>Share operational knowledge and best practices within the team</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring </h3>
<ul>
<li>2–4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Cloud Engineer</li>
<li>Hands-on experience operating workloads on AWS, specifically ECS and/or EKS</li>
<li>Experience working in multi-account AWS environments</li>
<li>Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform and/or AWS CDK</li>
<li>Experience supporting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of containerized workloads and runtime operations</li>
<li>Working knowledge of cloud security concepts (IAM roles, permissions, networking)</li>
<li>Experience monitoring and supporting production systems</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience working on shared platforms serving multiple development teams</li>
<li>Exposure to platform upgrades, dependency management, and lifecycle maintenance</li>
<li>Familiarity with operational practices such as change management and on-call support</li>
<li>Development Background (Beneficial but Not Required)</li>
<li>You don't need to be a full-time application developer, but you should be comfortable working alongside code</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand application code and deployment configurations</li>
<li>Familiarity with one or more of Java / Kotlin (Spring Boot), Node.js / TypeScript</li>
<li>Understanding of basic application runtime behavior in production</li>
</ul>
