It streamlines compute, orchestration, security, and observability, helping organizations in high-growth markets like India adopt AI faster, safer, and more cost-efficiently.</p> <hr> <h2>The Opportunity</h2> <p>Join Neysa as a Platform Lead – Security, where you will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-grade security architectures across platform and corporate environments.</p> <p>You will play a strategic and hands-on role in strengthening security posture, building threat detection and response capabilities, and ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure for AI-driven platforms.</p> <hr> <h2>What you’ll achieve in this role:</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Architect and implement robust, enterprise-grade security frameworks</p> </li> <li> <p>Strengthen platform security across cloud, network, endpoint, and data layers</p> </li> <li> <p>Build advanced threat detection, monitoring, and response capabilities</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive compliance alignment and governance across systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead and mentor teams while delivering high-impact security initiatives</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Roles and Responsibilities</h2> <p>As a Platform Lead – Security, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own end-to-end security architecture, design, implementation, and threat management</p> </li> <li> <p>Define and enforce enterprise-grade security standards and configurations</p> </li> <li> <p>Establish security frameworks, design principles, and reference architectures</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead deployment and management of security tools across cloud, network, endpoint, and data domains</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and enhance threat detection, monitoring, and incident response capabilities</p> </li> <li> <p>Define and enforce baseline configurations and system hardening standards</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive proactive threat hunting and continuous improvement of detection use cases</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure secure onboarding of applications, users, and workloads</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure service delivery excellence with SLA adherence and operational stability</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct risk assessments, architecture reviews, and remediation planning</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain security documentation, detection use cases, and runbooks</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, IT, and compliance teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead and mentor team members while contributing hands-on to critical initiatives</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Required Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li> <p>8 to 12 years of experience in security architecture, platform security, or enterprise security roles</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (preferred)</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience in leading security initiatives and managing teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong hands-on expertise in implementing security solutions across environments</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Core Technical Expertise</h2> <h3>Cloud &amp; Platform Security</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in designing and securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong expertise in secure architecture design and cloud security frameworks</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM)</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with workload protection and cloud-native security tools</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of shared responsibility model and multi-tenant architectures</p> </li> <li> <p>Implementation of secure-by-design principles</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Enterprise &amp; Network Security</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Hands-on expertise in Firewalls (FW), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Proxy, and endpoint security</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong experience in security rule design and enterprise configurations</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of segmentation, zero-trust architecture, and secure access models</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Threat Management</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with SIEM and EDR platforms</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong skills in detection engineering, use-case design, and alert tuning</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of threat hunting, incident response, and SOC operations</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to build and mature threat detection and response frameworks</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Data Security</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data classification</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of data protection strategies, encryption, and key management</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Compliance &amp; Governance</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and DPDPA frameworks</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience aligning security architecture and controls with compliance requirements</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Ownership &amp; Delivery</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and drive security initiatives across platform and enterprise environments</p> </li> <li> <p>Evaluate and implement cost-effective security solutions</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure consistent security design standards and configurations</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as both a technical leader and hands-on contributor</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive continuous improvement in security posture and platform resilience</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to complex challenges</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>Preferred Certifications</h2> <ul> <li> <p>CCSK / CCSP or equivalent experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Cloud security certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)</p> </li> <li> <p>ISO 27001, CEH, CISSP, or CISM (added advantage)</p> </li> </ul> <p><em>Relevant certifications are preferred;
