And while that’s hard to capture in text – come visit us and see for yourself.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>You will be:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>managing and maintaining infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise environments,</li> <li>performing platform provisioning, patching, and configuration management activities,</li> <li>executing change requests in line with ITIL change management procedures,</li> <li>supporting capacity planning and right-sizing of cloud resources,</li> <li>maintaining and updating Infrastructure as Code configurations using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar tools,</li> <li>collaborating with SRE Engineering teams on reliability improvements and automation initiatives,</li> <li>participating in production readiness reviews for new platform deployments,</li> <li>troubleshooting platform-level issues impacting application performance and availability,</li> <li>providing CET-timezone platform operations coverage as part of the nearshore delivery model,</li> <li>supporting disaster recovery testing and business continuity activities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2 data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>Your profile:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3 - 5 years of experience in platform operations, infrastructure engineering, or cloud operations,</li> <li>practical experience using&nbsp;AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,</li> <li>hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP,</li> <li>strong Linux and/or Windows server administration skills,</li> <li>experience with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi,</li> <li>understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs,</li> <li>experience with containerisation platforms including Kubernetes, Docker, ECS, EKS, or AKS,</li> <li>familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows,</li> <li>good English communication skill (at least B2 level).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.</strong></p> <h2><strong>Nice to have:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,</li> <li>interest in and familiarity with emerging&nbsp;AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns,&nbsp;AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches,</li> <li>experience with Kubernetes operators or custom controllers,</li> <li>cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer,</li> <li>experience with database administration including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB,</li> <li>knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks,</li> <li>experience working in multi-tenant managed services environments.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>Recruitment Process:</strong></h2> <p><strong>CV</strong> review –<strong> HR</strong> call – <strong>Technical Interview</strong> – <strong>Client </strong>Interview – <strong>Decision</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
