Team

Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. It is split into several job expertise such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads, and influencer marketers.

Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.

Our core team mission in the Playable Ads team is to create engaging and interactive advertising experiences that captivate audiences and drive conversions. We work with playable developers and strategists who turn a game into a interactive ad experience. Your main mission will be to  produce high-performing ads by creating and uploading them to our different networks.

Role

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the casual mobile game market, a strong sense of gameplay and player engagement but also understand mobile advertising.

You will join a high-performing team and your goal will be to coordinate the creative production of playables with internal and external teams, improve performance and drive innovation.

Managing your own portfolio of games, you will:

  • Analyze playable performance to extract actionable insights and drive iterative improvements

  • Benchmark market trends and ad networks to uncover opportunities for ideation and creative differentiation

  • Define and craft playable briefs combining performance data, game feel expertise, and strong art direction (including asset guidance)

  • Monitor and optimize playable performance over time, shaping strategies to continuously improve engagement and conversion

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Product, User Acquisition, Video, Analytics, etc.) to align ideation, production priorities, and overall playable strategy

  • Proactively identify and implement process and product improvements to elevate the efficiency and impact of playable development

Profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the Creative Production segment

  • You have exceptional project management skills

  • You have strong ability to develop detailed playables briefs

  • You show strong interest and knowledge of the mobile apps industry and know how to benchmark and brainstorm innovative ideas

  • You have a good eye for design and is capable to articulate design decisions

  • You have previous experience in a creative or art direction role working with third party providers. Technical background in playables is highly appreciated

  • You have entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high-paced environment

  • You are fluent in English
