Configuration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions.</li> <li>Manage data models, workflows, BOM structures, and change management processes tailored to aerospace requirements.</li> <li>Ensure integration with CAD (NX), ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process Optimization &amp; Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze and improve PLM-related business processes across engineering, manufacturing, and quality.</li> <li>Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability and performance.</li> <li>Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.</li> <li>Work closely with engineering, IT, program management, and external vendors to align PLM capabilities with business needs.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate requirements into system solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compliance &amp;
