<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Plumbing inspections and consultation:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to determine maintenance and service needs in residential settings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal codes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Maintenance and service:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as drain cleaning, repairing leaks, water heater repair and replacement, and other preventative maintenance.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
