<p>RGD & Sons is located in Wilmington, DE and part of the Kelso Industries family of companies.<strong> </strong>RGD & Sons is a high-performing, family-run mechanical contracting business with a reputation for exceptional work. </p>
<h3 data-section-id="op20pf" data-start="276" data-end="296">Position Summary</h3>
<p data-start="297" data-end="642">The Project Manager oversees Plumbing and HVAC construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with field teams, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.</p>

<h3 data-section-id="6yxehw" data-start="673" data-end="706">Estimating & Pre-Construction</h3>

<p data-start="709" data-end="805">Prepare Plumbing and HVAC estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="808" data-end="892">Review drawings, specifications, and addenda to ensure complete and accurate bids.</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="192v8a9" data-start="893" data-end="982">
<p data-start="895" data-end="982">Identify project risks, constructability issues, and value-engineering opportunities.</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="y3ounx" data-start="983" data-end="1046">
<p data-start="985" data-end="1046">Participate in bid reviews, negotiations, and project buyout.</p>

<p data-start="1083" data-end="1178">Lead project turnover meetings and communicate scope, schedule, and logistics to field teams.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1181" data-end="1258">Manage contracts, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project documentation.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1261" data-end="1328">Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1414" data-end="1510">Work closely with the Outside Superintendent and Job Site Foreman to support field operations.</p>

<p data-start="1513" data-end="1603">Serve as the primary contact for general contractors, owners, engineers, and inspectors.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1606" data-end="1677">Manage RFIs, submittals, approvals, and coordination with other trades.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p data-start="2314" data-end="2413">Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.</p>
</li>

<p data-start="2416" data-end="2521">3–7+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical construction estimating and project management.</p>
</li>
