The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3-5 years’ plumbing experience, integrity, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and the ability to effectively offer the best solutions for our customers' plumbing needs.</p> <p><strong>Join our team and receive a $5,000 sign on bonus for qualifying candidates</strong></p> <p><strong>Income: $75,000-$200,00+ including commission</strong></p> <p><strong>Available Shifts Choose What Works for You</strong> We have multiple schedule options for this position.</p> <ul> <li> <div>Monday – Friday</div> </li> <li> <div>Tuesday – Saturday</div> </li> <li> <div>Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm</div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures</li> <li>Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve problems</li> <li>Prepare cost estimates</li> <li>Collect payment for services rendered when required</li> <li>Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch</li> <li>Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing</li> <li>Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3-5 years’ plumbing experience</li> <li>Experience with Service Titan&nbsp;</li> <li>Mechanical aptitude</li> <li>Valid driver license and insurable driving record</li> <li>Must pass drug and background screens</li> <li>Ability to work independently and self-manage</li> <li>Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities</li> <li>General sales skills and aptitude</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Proficient with technology</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p> <p>Work will be performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, in various weather conditions, including temperatures above 100 degrees, snow, and other inclement weather; from heights, on ladders, in small spaces, and on rooftops. Frequent standing, squatting, and sitting for extended periods of time is required.
