AdvantaServ is a growing service company specializing in residential and commercial HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions. We're known for our professionalism, reliability, and customer-first approach. We’re currently accepting applications and resumes for future plumbing roles, including apprentice (2+ years experience) and journeyman positions. Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose issues with water, drain, or gas lines and perform effective repairs
• Perform system inspections and provide repair or replacement recommendations
• Be comfortable talking with customers in their home about findings, options, and solutions
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommendations in ServiceTitan
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner
  
• Collaborate with other trades and communicate clearly with customers
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Wide variety of work, including everything from drain cleaning, service calls and new installations

Qualifications:

• Apprentice (2+ Years) or Journeyman license (or actively working toward it)
  
• Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with tools of the trade
  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
  
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
  
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus

Requirements:

• MUST be a team player, willing to support the team and balance the variety of job types and tasks
• MUST be able to pass regular drug testing; be open to background checks; and have a valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record
  
• MUST be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays
  
• MUST have excellent customer service skills
  
• MUST demonstrate a strong commitment to safety at all times - safety is non-negotiable in how we operate
  
• Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
  
• Basic computer skills
  
• Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
  
• Follow routine verbal and written instructions
  
• Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
  
• Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
