Sr PM/BA

• Manage day-to-day project activities, such as tracking action items, issues and risk, facilitating project team meetings (with various groups) and preparing/delivering status reports;
• leading governance forums and developing program/project plans
• Ensure adherence to current project management standard processes and compliance to quality assurance policies;
• Provide overall project communication to stakeholders and program management of stakeholder expectations;
• Proactively identify and solve project issues through negotiation and/or escalation processes.
• Work with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute deliverables; Communicate clearly with internal management and key stakeholders.

 

Mandatory skills –

• TLM 3.0 , Recon exp and strong BA. (Open to see 2.7as well)
• Good operations Knowledge ( like reconciliation operational knowledge of cash instruments, nostro, general ledger, suspense etc)
• Know the trade cycle and general understanding of different Asset classes.
• Technical knowledge to be able to talk to technical team members to coding knowledge needed.

 

Skillsets

• Business Analysts  from Investment banking domain(with in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets/ Securities Services products/Syndicated Loans & TTS ) and reconciliation build experience.
• Hands on experience in Recon design and build incl. TLM rules config,  core controls, data ingestion and transformation.
• Hands on experience in Unix and SQL 
• Exposure to Python, API / data streaming solutions, Cloud hosting, Containerization and data analytics
• Hands on experience on build strategic (Recon Tool based) and tactical solutions (RPA / dashboards / reporting)
• Stakeholder management, accurate project tracking, co-ordination across teams and partner applications, reporting and timely escalation in case of issues
• End to End Project management, with stakeholder management and communications
• Testing Management End to End  UAT , with reporting
• Metrics Dashboard knowledge (Qliksense, Tableau)
