PMC(Production Planning & Material Control) Assistant

<p></p> <h3 data-section-id="wp70xo" data-start="108" data-end="128">The Opportunity:</h3> <p data-start="129" data-end="696">Factorial Energy is seeking a <strong data-start="159" data-end="220">Production Planning &amp; Operations Coordinator (Trilingual)</strong> to join our team in our <strong data-start="245" data-end="269">Cheonan, South Korea</strong> location. This person will be responsible for supporting production planning, material management, inventory control, and cross-functional operational activities while facilitating communication across global teams through Chinese, English, and Korean language support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <h3 data-section-id="ldj2ns" data-start="698" data-end="725">In this role, you will:</h3> <ul data-start="726" data-end="1687"> <li data-section-id="16225ad" data-start="726" data-end="826">Support the organization and management of production planning schedules and material demand data.</li> <li data-section-id="1f01ont" data-start="827" data-end="963">Monitor production progress, material availability, and inventory status, and communicate updates and issues to relevant stakeholders.</li> <li data-section-id="1c6in4t" data-start="964" data-end="1101">Provide translation and communication support in Chinese, English, and Korean to facilitate effective collaboration among global teams.</li> <li data-section-id="tftj58" data-start="1102" data-end="1222">Assist with operations management activities, including document control, data organization, and process coordination.</li> <li data-section-id="1g81l9m" data-start="1223" data-end="1343">Support material purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow.</li> <li data-section-id="ak9hye" data-start="1344" data-end="1466">Collaborate with production, logistics, procurement, and other departments to resolve inventory and supply chain issues.</li> <li data-section-id="16xi82p" data-start="1467" data-end="1574">Prepare production, inventory, and operational reports while maintaining accurate data entry and records.</li> <li data-section-id="1a0qbcu" data-start="1575" data-end="1687">Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1ay943b" data-start="1689" data-end="1723">We are looking for people who:</h3> <ul data-start="1724" data-end="2424"> <li data-section-id="1aaym8g" data-start="1724" data-end="1761">Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.</li> <li data-section-id="17208z4" data-start="1762" data-end="1860">Are fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1rwkcrt" data-start="1861" data-end="1950">Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li> <li data-section-id="4q5ctu" data-start="1951" data-end="2057">Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal communication skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1rnp2tf" data-start="2058" data-end="2150">Are quick learners who can adapt effectively to changing operational needs and challenges.</li> <li data-section-id="1t24t1o" data-start="2151" data-end="2277">Have experience in operations management, production planning, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management (preferred).</li> <li data-section-id="1cb6tzy" data-start="2278" data-end="2346">Possess a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.</li> <li data-section-id="fzmqtc" data-start="2347" data-end="2424">Can work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li> </ul> <p></p>
