What you'll be doing

• Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance processes
• Support Project Managers with schedules, budgets, and risk management
• Analyse project data and prepare detailed reports for sponsors and teams
• Audit project documentation and recommend improvements
• Maintain and enhance project tools and templates
• Facilitate benefits identification and realisation throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and training programmes

What you'll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in PMO or project controls within large, complex projects.
• Degree level education, HNC, or equivalent experience in project management
• Strong understanding of risk, cost, and schedule management
• Experience with governance frameworks and lifecycle methodologies
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Risk software, and MS Project
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• APM PFQ/PMQ or equivalent qualifications.
• Certification in project control elements (Risk, Schedule, Cost) 
• Experience in running Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) on large projects
• Experience working with MoD or complex stakeholder environments
