This position includes fully paid relocation assistance, making it an excellent choice for Polish speakers seeking international career experience.

In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of consumer products. Your ability to communicate effectively in Polish will be key to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in Polish concerning consumer product inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order management, returns, and complaints
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product offerings
• Collect and report customer feedback to help enhance products and services
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and wider consumer trends

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service or consumer products industry is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, with full relocation expenses covered
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus
