Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Polish clients
• Assist clients with digital banking products, services, and account issues
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client inquiries
• Provide guidance and advice on digital banking tools and features
• Gather client feedback to continually improve service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products and compliance

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in digital banking or financial services
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to relocate to Athens with full company support
• Familiarity with CRM and digital banking platforms is a plus
