Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Polish
• Assist clients with inquiries about fashion and luxury products, orders, and after-sales care
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Support clients throughout their purchase journey to build lasting relationships

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Passion for fashion and luxury brands
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
