Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Polish
• Assist clients with technical questions related to the company's products and services
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers
• Gather feedback to help improve support processes and products
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the tech industry
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece (relocation fully paid)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software
