As a Customer Expert, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics, shipments, and deliveries. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to logistics operations, shipment tracking, and delivery statuses
• Resolve customer issues effectively and liaise with internal departments to find solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transaction information
• Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to improve service quality

Requirements
