Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support in Polish through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and technical issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with full relocation assistance provided.
