You will engage with Polish-speaking customers to address their inquiries and provide comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding consumer endproducts in Polish.
• Provide detailed product information, usage guidance, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Process orders, returns, and warranty claims while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently resolve complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in consumer goods or retail sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
