Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with logistics-related issues, including shipment tracking and delivery questions
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support management system
• Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery
• Provide customers with information on best practices and logistics processes
• Participate in training sessions to stay informed about logistics services and regulations

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric attitude and dedication to providing outstanding service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and customer management tools
