In this crucial role, you will provide outstanding support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries regarding our online marketplace and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about product listings, orders, and payment processes
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide guidance on best practices for using the online marketplace effectively
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our platform
• Participate in training to stay informed about product changes and updates

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, preferably within e-commerce or online marketplaces
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing quality service
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and online marketplace systems is a plus
