In this role, you will be instrumental in protecting the safety and integrity of our online communities by monitoring content, managing safety concerns, and enforcing community guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions to detect and respond to potential violations of digital safety standards.
• Conduct detailed safety investigations, analyze evidence, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies promoting digital trust and safety.
• Prepare and present reports on safety incidents and trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated on emerging digital safety challenges and best practices to enhance safety protocols continually.
• Communicate with users to promote awareness of safety practices and encourage responsible online behavior.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a capacity for data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions effectively and resolve safety issues.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to identifying and addressing online risks.
• Familiarity with online safety tools, social media platforms, and content management systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
