In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and moderating social media content in Polish to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your work will contribute to fostering a safe and positive online environment for Polish-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Polish in accordance with community standards and company policies.
• Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and inquiries in Polish.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content following company procedures.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and community engagement.
• Stay informed of social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
