Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support in Polish through phone, email, and chat channels to customers utilizing electronic products
• Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and resolutions clearly within the support system
• Work with engineering teams to escalate and resolve more complex concerns
• Educate customers about product features, functionalities, and optimal usage
• Keep up-to-date with product changes and technological advancements
• Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and customer support skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and technology
