Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Polish-Speaking Telecom Customer Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients within the telecommunications sector.

Your primary focus will be to assist customers with their telecom services, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver effective solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with telecom-related inquiries and service issues
• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to management
• Stay updated on telecom products, services, and policies
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
