As a Travel Support Adviser, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with travel inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution. Your fluency in Polish and English will be essential for delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of their travel journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to Polish-speaking clients via telephone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements and provide detailed travel information
• Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible client experience

Requirements
